Rooftop (upper deck) — space on the roof: residents / non-residents DKK 937.50 / DKK 1,500.00 per quarter. Salestax is added afterwards.
Motorcycle space on the rooftop (upper deck): residents / non-residents DKK 438.50 / DKK 750.00 per quarter. Salestax is added afterwards.

Fee for adding non-residents to the waiting list: DKK 299 per year.
Fee for administration, contract preparation and key handover etc. when a space is allocated: DKK 750.
Security deposit upon signing the lease: one month’s rent for the relevant space.
Deposit for remote transmitter for rooftop barrier: DKK 1,000.
Deposit for garage door key: DKK 250.
